The Patuxent Aeromodelers R/C Club is a group of people who love to build, fly and/or talk about radio controlled model aircraft.
The Patuxent Aeromodelers are legally bound by a constitution and by-laws to perform certain functions.
We must adhere to the requirements promulgated by the AMA and are responsible to set forth the rules and regulations for our flying sites.
We hold regular meetings, assess dues, elect officers, and participate in group activities, all for the promotion and enjoyment of radio controlled aircraft building and flying.
The Patuxent Aeromodelers fly at Helwig Field, located in Hollywood, Maryland.
Guests are encouraged to drop by and meet with the club members and watch the fun and flying.
The busiest flying time is Sunday afternoon.
