The Firelands Float Flyers are an AMA chartered club #4459. It was established in 2002 to promote water flying.
The fly in is held the second weekend in August each year at the 220 acre New London Reservoir Park and Campground.
The event is held from the public swimming beach and the reservoir is closed to swimmers and fishermen that weekend.
This is one of the nicest and friendliest flying site you will ever fly from! The rest of the year the club flies from its own private beach area.
The club has a retrieval boat and welcomes all flyers to join and enjoy this aspect of our hobby.
